1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, accessing, or using Fastior ("Platform", "Service", or "Software"), you ("Customer", "Carrier", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Platform Services
Fastior is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application providing trip dispatch, real-time load P&L analysis, IFTA fuel tracking, driver and vehicle DOT compliance monitoring, preventive maintenance scheduling, and Tanad AI 24/7 dashboard assistance. Fastior is not a freight broker, motor carrier, or insurance company.
3. Subscriptions & Stripe Payment Processing
- Free Trial: New accounts receive full access during their designated free trial period. No charges occur during the trial.
- Automatic Renewal: Following the trial, paid subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected billing frequency.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with one click through the self-serve Stripe Customer Portal in your Fastior Settings. Access continues through the end of your current paid billing period without cancellation penalties.
- Price Changes: Any adjustments to subscription pricing will be communicated at least 30 days prior to taking effect.
4. Carrier Responsibility & Compliance
While Fastior provides automated auditing radar and safety alerts, the commercial motor carrier remains solely responsible for legal compliance with FMCSA, DOT, state IFTA jurisdictions, and local regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your drivers possess valid commercial licenses and that equipment operated is safe and roadworthy.
5. Tanad AI Dashboard Assistant Usage
Tanad AI provides automated assistance, semantic searches, and quick-check audits to streamline dispatching. While Tanad AI provides high accuracy in analyzing your operational data, final business decisions—including agreeing to broker rate confirmations and dispatching equipment—remain the responsibility of the carrier.
6. Termination & Data Retrieval
You may export your complete fleet data, trip logs, and financial records at any point prior to closing your account. Upon account termination, your data is retained for 30 days to facilitate export or re-activation, after which it is queued for secure permanent deletion.
