Fastior ("Fastior", "we", "us", or "our") provides an enterprise cloud fleet operating system for commercial motor carriers, dispatchers, owner-operators, and logistics companies. We recognize that your rates, customer manifests, driver records, and fuel logs are confidential business assets. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is gathered, used, protected, and isolated.
2. Information We Collect
In operating the Fastior platform, we collect information you provide directly to our service, including:
- Account & Organization Data: Company name, USDOT/MC numbers, business address, admin email addresses, and phone numbers.
- Fleet & Equipment Records: Vehicle VINs, make, model, license plates, fuel card IDs, maintenance tickets, and odometer logs.
- Driver & Safety Compliance: Driver names, Commercial Driver's License (CDL) numbers, medical examiner certification expiration dates, and inspection reports.
- Dispatch & Financial Data: Origin and destination locations, load rates, freight invoices, customer contact details, and deadhead mileage records.
3. Payment Processing via Stripe
When you subscribe to a paid Fastior plan, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe's secure infrastructure. Stripe is certified as a PCI-DSS Level 1 Service Provider, the most stringent level of certification in the payments industry. You can manage or update your payment methods and view billing receipts at any time through our Stripe Customer Portal integration.
4. Multi-Tenant Isolation & Zero Co-Mingling
Fastior is architected around strict multi-tenant database partitioning. Every database query, record, and financial summary is constrained by your unique company_id. Your freight rates, customer contracts, driver wages, and trip margins cannot be accessed or viewed by any other carrier or tenant on the Fastior network.
5. Tanad AI 24/7 Dashboard Assistant Privacy
Fastior includes Tanad AI, our 24/7 intelligent fleet assistant embedded inside your management dashboard. We maintain a strict privacy boundary for AI features:
- Queries and prompts submitted to Tanad AI are processed in an isolated context dedicated exclusively to your company's data.
- No Public AI Training: Your load rates, dispatch histories, customer names, and proprietary lane margins are never used to train public or third-party artificial intelligence models.
- Tanad AI responses are generated in real-time and adhere to the same role-based permissions assigned to the logged-in user.
6. Data Ownership & Export
You own 100% of your fleet data. Fastior does not sell, rent, monetize, or broker your load information, lane rates, or customer lists to third-party freight brokers, insurers, or data aggregators. You may export your vehicles, trips, maintenance logs, and IFTA summaries to Excel (.xls) or CSV at any time.
